welcome to all
We are a caring, open-minded spiritual community where people are accepted for who they are, rather than who others believe they should be. We offer a place where people gather to nurture their spirits and put their faith into action by helping to make our communities--and the world--a better place.

We believe that our first Principle, respecting "the inherent worth and dignity of every person," applies equally to people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. As a Welcoming Congregation we have completed a program to enhance our welcome of all people including lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders.

Unitarian Universalism is one of the few religions that ordains openly lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Our LGBT clergy (who are permitted to partner or marry) participate fully in our faith community as pastors in some of our largest congregations.
